Emerald Truck and Van is a commercial vehicle dealership and we have a vacancy for an experiencedParts Warehouse Operative.
This role involves working as part of a team to deliver extraordinary service to both external and internal customers. The duties of the role will include locating and picking stock and liaising with the parts manager on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will ensure communication is open and clear within the team, while contributing to team targets by ensuring the parts are located into stock. Competency in basic computer skills is a must-have in order to keep high standards across the parts department.
Duties of the role:
- Accept deliveries from suppliers and locate into stock on a daily basis.
- Pick, load and despatch goods in a timely manner
- Receive and process customer or supplier returns
- Check and dispatch warranty returns to the manufacture
- Participate in Stock counts
- Maintain high standards of customer service
- Work with the telesales office to ensure customer delivery dates / times are achieved
- Work within the Company's standards, policies and procedures.
Applicants should have
- Experience working in a Warehouse
- Manual Handling Certificates
Preference will be given to Candidates with Forklift licences

- The main working hours for this role are 0800 to 1800 Monday to Friday. Successful applicants must be flexible with regard to working hours. Notice will be provided if any variation to working hours is required.
